Now, it's time to dive into our 6-week exercise program, guiding members through the essentials of a Parkinson's-specific fitness program. Delve into the advantages and application of amplitude training, efficient walking techniques, and high-intensity exercises. Access video demonstrations, presentations, and handouts for comprehensive learning. Expect to engage in workouts 5-6 days a week, tailored to each week's focus.

Hi, I am Dr. Katie:Â
A neuro physical therapist, and founder of Movement Matters Membership and Moved by Movement.
Dr. Katie has a passion and expertise in working with people with movement disorders, namely Parkinson’s disease.
Through the power of exercise and movement, she has witnessed countless clients regain mobility, improve function, and thrive in their communities under her guidance.
Her mission is to extend that same support to you!

Dr. Katie earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California (USC), and brings 8 years of experience as a practicing physical therapist, specializing in clients with neurologic diagnoses. Her profound interest in neurology led her to achieve Board Certification as a Neurological Clinical Specialist (NCS). Additionally, she is certified in PWR!Moves and LSVT BIG, both specializing in Parkinson's-specific exercises. With 5 years of dedicated experience in Parkinson's care, Dr. Katie is committed to making a positive impact on your well-being.
