Moved by Movement provides guided, individualized exercise from a Parkinson’s specialist. We work together in the real world like in your home or at your local park. We help you learn how to exercise effectively and confidently to change the trajectory of your Parkinson’s.

Exercise is a vital part of maintaining our health, and this could not be more important for those with Parkinson’s. Research shows that movement and exercise are more powerful at improving your Parkinson’s symptoms than medication alone.

MEET DR. KATIE NATHAN

Dr. Katie earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California (USC), and she has been a practicing physical therapist for 7 years working with clients with neurologic diagnoses. Her love of neuro has led her to become a Board Certified Neurological Clinical Specialist (NCS). She is LSVT BIG Certified and PWR! Certified, and she is passionate about working with people with Parkinson’s.
